 Coordinator, Product Development

Do you love product? Are you data driven and extraordinarily organized? Juliska is seeking a Product Development Coordinator with keen attention to detail to join our creative, collaborative Product Development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home-goods and have experience working with product or in a retail setting, with an ability to multitask across seasons with accuracy. S/he will be personable, proactive and a high performer in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing company environment.

• Monitor PD calendar and ensure cross functional partners are on track to meet milestone deliverables
• Record and catalogue all proto approvals and maintain sample and quality reference libraries
• Manage pipeline detail accuracy and completion for all vendors
• Measure and record all final prototype attributes (capacity, dimensions, weights, carton dimensions)
• Proof vendor generated die lines against specs for sampling, conduct QA check and fit tests for all prototypes
• Identify and log necessary updates to catalogue and other collateral, communicate changes to cross-functional teams and proof all customer-facing assets before publish
• Coordinate with the Design Department and Sales Department to produce all price lists
• New SKU setup and PO issuance for product, components and packaging
• Maintain all items in Navision to ensure all data is up to date with the most accurate information
• Upload price lists to EDI and trade partner databases
• Create and maintain Bill of Materials for kitted items
• Compile and send carton marking data to all vendors for newness with PO’s, proof soft copies for accuracy and format consistency
• Responsible for production and counter sample approval process and associated vendor communication
• Drive discussion with vendor around shipping breakage & QC issues in conjunction with Customer Care & Operations

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Technologically savvy, detail oriented and organized
· Strong sense of urgency and problem solving
· Knowledge of home product manufacturing or retail work experience preferred
· 1-2 years experience in Merchandising, Buying or Product role is a strong plus
· Bachelor’s degree
