SHIPPING TIME AND TRANSIT CHOICES:

We endeavor to safely pack and ship your order at our Connecticut distribution center as soon as possible. Please choose from the following shipping choices to ensure your purchase arrives in time. Sorry, we cannot ship web orders to PO boxes – call or email us to arrange postal service shipping. Please also note that all sale orders require 7-10 business days to be processed before shipping.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING (GROUND):

Orders received by 1pm EST will ship within the next two business days.
Standard shipping is “Ground Home Delivery” and normally arrives 3-8 business days after we ship, depending on your proximity to Connecticut.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Orders received by 1pm will ship the next business day.   We offer 4 faster shipping choices:

  •  “Express Saver” which should arrive 3-4 business days after we ship
  • “2 Day” which should arrive 2 days after we ship
  •  “Standard Overnight” which should arrive by 3pm the day after we ship
  • “Priority Overnight” which should arrive by 10:30am the day after we ship

RECEIVED BROKEN PIECES?

We always endeavor to pack each piece securely to ensure your complete satisfaction when opening your boxes.  However, occasionally pieces do break in transit.  If you find breakage, please contact shoponline@juliska.com within 10 business days so that we can file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier and swiftly get you a refund or replacement. Please retain all packaging materials for the shipper’s inspection.
