SYSTEM DOWN TIME DECEMBER 24 – JANUARY 7
The Juliska warehouse will be closed from December 24th – January 7th while they work to make system upgrades.
You can continue to place orders at any time at Juliska.com, however, orders placed during December 24th - January 7th, will not ship out until the week of January 10th. Please note that your credit card will be charged at time of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your shipping and tracking confirmation to the email on file.
Returns/Exchanges/Replacement Orders: Customer service will not be able to process any returns, exchanges or replacement orders between December 24th – January 7th. If you have a return or exchange, or have an item that needs to be replaced due to shipping damages, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and they will respond to your request by January 18th, 2022.
