Shipping Info / FAQs

SHIPPING TIME AND TRANSIT CHOICES:

  • We endeavor to safely pack and ship your order at our SC distribution center as soon as possible.   
  • We cannot ship web orders to PO boxes. 
  • We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

STANDARD SHIPPING (GROUND):

  • We offer complimentary UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $100.00.
  • All orders ship via UPS Ground Delivery at a $15.00 flat rate fee.  
  • Orders received by 1pm EST will ship within 3-5 business days.
  • Standard shipping is “Ground Home Delivery” and normally arrives 3-8 business days after we ship, depending on your proximity to South Carolina. Please note ground shipping is only available within the 48 contiguous US states.
  • Your shipping acknowledgement will include a tracking number so you can confirm your package arrival date. The tracking number will populate with shipping information 24 hours after it is issued. 

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:

  • To ensure we get your order out to you as fast as possible, once it has been submitted through Juliska.com it will be zipping through our distribution center, and we are unable to add or remove items. If you need to make a change, please contact Customer Care ASAP and we will endeavor to cancel the order. We are unable to cancel an order once it has entered the packing process.

INCORRECT ADDRESS, REFUSALS, RE-SHIPPING OF ORDERS:

  • If a shipment is refused or unable to be delivered to the shipping address you have requested, we will charge a $15 re-shipping fee per package if you wish us to re-ship. If you wish to cancel, we will issue a credit for the products, less the shipping charge.

NO POST-PURCHASE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

  • We are unable to credit the difference between the price you paid previously and a lower price during a current promotion.
