SHIPPING TIME AND TRANSIT CHOICES:

We endeavor to safely pack and ship your order at our South Carolina distribution center as soon as possible. Please choose from the following shipping choices to ensure your purchase arrives in time. Sorry, we cannot ship web orders to PO boxes. Please also note that all sale orders require 7-10 business days to be processed before shipping.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING (GROUND):

Orders received by 1pm EST will ship within the next 3-5 business days.

Standard shipping is “Ground Home Delivery” and normally arrives 3-8 business days after we ship, depending on your proximity to South Carolina.

Due to social distancing requirements, we are currently operating at a reduced capacity.  Please allow up to 5-8 business days for orders to be processed.  We appreciate your patience. 

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Orders received by 1pm will ship the next business day.  We offer 3 faster shipping choices:

  •  “3 Day Select” which should arrive 3-4 business days after we ship
  • “2nd Day Air” which should arrive 2 business days after we ship
  •  “Next Day Air” which should arrive by 5pm the next business day after we ship

Please note: Our expedited shipping options are only available within the 48 contiguous US states.

Your shipping acknowledgement will include a tracking number so you can confirm your package arrival date. Please note as third party shippers are involved, we cannot guarantee expedited delivery.

 

RECEIVED BROKEN PIECES?

We always endeavor to pack each piece securely to ensure your complete satisfaction when opening your boxes.  However, occasionally pieces do break in transit.  If you find breakage, please contact web@juliska.com within 10 business days so that we can file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier and swiftly get you a refund or replacement. Please retain all packaging materials for the shipper’s inspection.
