Sorry, we cannot ship web orders to PO boxes

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING (GROUND):

We offer complimentary UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $100.00.

All orders ship via UPS Ground Delivery at a $15.00 flat rate fee.  

Orders received by 1pm EST will ship within the next 3-5 business days.

Standard shipping is “Ground Home Delivery” and normally arrives 3-8 business days after we ship, depending on your proximity to South Carolina. Please note ground shipping is only available within the 48 contiguous US states.

Your shipping acknowledgement will include a tracking number so you can confirm your package arrival date.   The tracking number will populate with shipping information 24 hours after it is issued. 

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS, REFUSALS, RE-SHIPPING OF ORDERS:

If a shipment is refused or unable to be delivered to the shipping address you have requested, we will charge a $15 re-shipping fee per package if you wish us to re-ship.  If you wish to cancel, we will issue a credit for the products, less the shipping.

Orders received by 1pm will ship the next business day.  We offer 3 faster shipping choices:

  •  “3 Day Select” which should arrive 3-4 business days after we ship
  • “2nd Day Air” which should arrive 2 business days after we ship
  •  “Next Day Air” which should arrive by 5pm the next business day after we ship

We always endeavor to pack each piece securely to ensure your complete satisfaction when opening your boxes.  However, occasionally pieces do break in transit.  If you find breakage, please contact web@juliska.com within 10 business days so that we can file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier and swiftly get you a refund or replacement. Please retain all packaging materials for the shipper’s inspection.
