*During peak holiday seasons, orders may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping.
- We endeavor to safely pack and ship your order at our SC distribution center as soon as possible. Â
- We cannot ship web orders to PO boxes, military APO, DPO, and FPO destinations, Alaska, Hawaii or any locations outside of the Continental United States at this time.
- Shipping rates are based on the delivery method selected.

- Shipping methods, rates and delivery times are estimates only and are based on assuming regular business operations, excluding weekends, peak promotional periods, holidays, and unexpected warehouse closures. Delivery estimates are in no way a guaranteed delivery date. Once orders are picked up by FedEx, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen complications with the delivery carrier, incorrect/undeliverable shipping addresses, weather and other natural causes, or other factors outside our control.
- Your shipping acknowledgement will include a tracking number so you can confirm your package arrival date. The tracking number will populate with shipping information 24 hours after it is issued.Â
Order Adjustments & Cancelations
- To ensure we get your order out to you as fast as possible, once it has been submitted through Juliska.com it will be zipping through our distribution center, and we are unable to add or remove items.
Incorrect Address, Refusals, Re-shipping of Orders
- If a shipment is refused or unable to be delivered to the shipping address you have requested, we will charge a $15 re-shipping fee per package if you wish us to re-ship. If you wish to cancel, we will issue a credit for the products, less the shipping charge.
No Post-Purchase Price Adjustments
- We are unable to credit the difference between the price you paid previously and a lower price during a current promotion.
Gift Wrapping
- Select Juliska pieces arrive in our signature packaging—either a teal Juliska Gift Box or a gift box adorned with the Juliska Map. These special items are noted with the Gift Box tag on their product page. Each box is designed to be a beautiful presentation on its own and does not include ribbon. At this time, we do not offer additional gift wrapping services.
