Simply use a damp cloth to clean and dry immediately with a soft cloth —that’s all there is to it! No need for oil, as the wood is already treated with food-safe, water-based stains and lacquers. Also, never leave wood soaking in water, put in the microwave or in the dishwasher. Voilà!
